EULA - End User License Agreement

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THIS SOFTWARE

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the mentioned author of this Software for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and Remove it from you computer.

SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

The Author may revise the AGREEMENT from time to time. You should consult the most current version of this document to ensure your activities conform to the most recent version.

GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:
Installation and use. You can install and use only one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on One Computer. You may use an evaluation copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for thirty(30) days.

DISTRIBUTION RIGHTS
The Author of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT grants you a royalty-free license to copy and distribute the Time Limited Evaluation Version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and document without any modification. You cannot sell any part of this PRODUCT to any other third parties.
DISCLAIMER of WARRANTY
THIS SOFTWARE, DESIGN AND ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. BECAUSE OF THE VARIOUS HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE ENVIRONMENTS INTO WHICH THE PACKAGE MAY BE USED, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. THE USER MUST ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THIS PACKAGE.
IN NO CASE SHALL Vax Technology Co. Ltd. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS OR LOST OF DATA OR INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS OR THE INABILITY TO USE EQUIPMENT OR ACCESS DATA, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED UPON A BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. THIS IS TRUE EVEN IF Vax Technology Co. Ltd IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
